On February 13, 2004, Hydrophonic gave their OK for live fan recordings to be hosted on archive.org:
Hydrophonic is all in favor of taping and they would like to distribute their shows through the etree archive. OK to tape performances, and burn as many copies as you want from the lossless source files (FLAC, WAV, AIFF). As per usual etree suggestion, please do not burn audio CDs from mp3s to ensure good audio quality.
